Liner Information: Your new accessories will come to you with a protective surface liner. Leave this liner in place until

the installation is complete to prevent finger prints and or possible scratches during installation.

1. The ACC cover has been designed to apply to all C6 corvettes with the exception of the High Performance ZR1. In

order to enjoy the best look for this cover it is recommended to relocate the aluminum power steering supply

line that is obtrusively routed in front of the reservoir. Although it is not absolutely necessary to relocate this

supply line for this installation it is recommended, it is a very easy thing to do and will allow you to enjoy a nice

clean look.

2. You will notice that the supply line has an aluminum section connected to two rubber ends. This aluminum

section can be relocated under the radiator hoses positioned directly in front of the line. With an applied effort

force the line down and under the radiator hose continuing further to also include the smaller hoses so that you

will be able to allow the line to take an almost natural position under these hoses hiding it from view. It

extremely important that you examine this routing to insure that is correctly in place. IMPORTANT PLEASE

NOTE: A correctly relocated line will be safely and securely positioned away from the engine pulley. Be sure to

inspect this reposition to eliminate any possibility of the supply line coming in contact with the pulley as this will

cause a rupture in the line that will cause you to replace the line.

3. Now that you have successfully repositioned the supply line simply remove the factory fluid cap and place the new cover in position. Reinstall the
